The admin console is staff-only

You're acting as a student. Creating groups, projects, reminders, and managing accounts stays with admins. You can view and edit your own details on your profile page.

Cohort

New groups

Build the cohort by uploading a CSV or adding students by hand. New groups feed straight into projects and the co-authored submissions the tutor dashboard grades.

Columns: name, email, group

A group needs a tutor before it can be attached to a project. Add students in Existing groups — a student who isn't on record yet is created automatically.

Cohort

Existing groups

Every group and its members. Add or remove students, or delete a group. Each group holds up to 30 students.

Groups & members

Each group holds a maximum of 30 students.

Assessment

New project

Set a project, give it a deadline, attach the groups working on it, and configure the reminder emails — the cadence and the message students receive. Reminders are saved here; sending is handled by the platform.

New project

The criteria tutors score against in the marking view. Each criterion carries four band descriptors — Fail, Pass, Merit, Distinction.

Accounts & access

Every individual account. Edit names and emails, change a person's role, and grant or suspend access. Each student links out to the profile page where they manage their own details.
